Pre-Sales Technical Manager

- Act as Subject Matter Expert for networking solution.
- Qualify sales lead and propose best-suit-client need solution.
- Take lead in RFI/RFP/RFQ tender process such as solution design, heat map, technical statement of compliance (SOC), technical proposal, bill of quotation (BOQ) and commercial proposal.
- Conduct presentation of the offered solution to the customers and to clarify technical questions from customers.
- Facilitate product demonstration or proof of concept session.
- Receive product updates from product principal and educate sales team with the latest product information.
- Support sales team by maintaining relationship with customers and ensure customer’s satisfaction.
- Involved in technical deployment and project management.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Minimum 3 years ICT pre-sales product management working experience.
- Must have more than 5 years experience on these brand technologies: Extreme Networks, Cisco, Hewlett-Packard (HP) or Juniper.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel around Bangkok.
- Full-time position.
