Senior Pre-Sales Manager

- Acquire and equipped with in-depth product knowledge of the assigned product portfolio and provide high-level consulting.
- Assist in qualifying sales leads from technical stand point.
- Conduct skilful sales and product presentation by elevating the right sales pitch.
- Handle Proof-Of-Concept (POC) and product demonstration.
- Conduct Technology Update to the customers.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (B.O.M) for RFQ/RFP/tender submission.
- To be the main technical resource to answer and educate the customer on issues ranging from features, specifications and functionality to integration.
- Develop and maintain close working relationship with principal’s Sales Engineers to ensure product messaging are in line and proposed solutions are appropriate to meet customer’s requirement.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales role, having hands on experience in the day-to-day handling of various opportunity development from opportunity qualification, requirement study, design, proof of concept and RFP / RFQ request.
- Have in-depth product knowledge in networking and or security technologies.
- Good communication skill.
- High level of initiative and work well in a team environment.
- Technical certifications or equivalent credential will be an advantage.
