Based in Ho Chi Minh 

Job Duties

  • Point of administrative contact to liaise with HQ on all administrative matters.
  • Responsible for day-to-day office and sales administration related matters.
  • Perform front desk and receptionist duties - attend walk-in guests and phone calls.
  • Involved in custom clearance for the import consignments.
  • Receive incoming mails, couriers, goods, supplier invoices etc.
  • Maintain and track product appliance inventory to ensure all incoming and outgoing appliances are accounted for.
  • Arrange delivery of goods to customers and all the logistics arrangement.
  • Perform clerical duties e.g. filing, booking keeping and record keeping.
  • Ensure tidiness of whole office and meeting room.
  • Replenish stationery and pantry supply.
  • Maintain condition of office and arrange necessary repair and periodical maintenance.
  • Assist to coordinate office events and marketing events.
  • Supervise office’s cleaner.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma and above.
  • At least 1 - 2 related years of work experience.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese with good communication skills.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Pleasant personality, matured and confident.
  • Willing to learn attitude is a must.
